Shelton Lock is situated in a residential area just three miles from Derby, with shops within walking distance and on a local bus route. This modern, bright and spacious home has been purpose-built to meet the needs of residents. There are three comfortable and well furnished lounges, a conservatory and a dining room that overlooks the courtyard garden. There is easy access to the large gardens and patio area, where residents may meet to relax or entertain guests. All the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Regular activities take place, including musical events, gentle exercise and fashion shows, as well as trips to local places of interest.

Directions

From Derby city centre take the A514 to Melbourne, then onto Shelton Lock town. Turn right into Weston Park Avenue, and the home is on the left.

Alternatively, from the A50 leave at junction 3 onto the A514 into Shelton Lock. Weston Park Avenue is on the left, past a parade of shops.
